My PHILOSOPHY

My greatest belief is empowerment and developing my patient's own self-efficacy (belief in yourself and your ability to accomplish your goals). I use a real, whole foods approach to support health and treat disease and strive to encourage (not shame) each step along the way. Together we look at ways to identify patterns and adopt and maintain lifelong habits that make YOUR nutrition practices part of YOUR daily life.
